**How will I help?**

As the Service Owner, Portfolio & Lifecycle Management, you will be managing the lifecycle engagement and growth activities for both Credit Card and Personal Loan portfolios within the Consumer Finance Line of Business (LOB) to drive profitability, IBB growth, and reduce attrition.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Analysing and prioritising engagement and growth drivers within the back book of customers through customer segmentation and formulating strategies for growth
- Overseeing and coordinating the execution of all customer engagement, FOW and IBB growth campaigns in a programmatic manner
- Proactively managing engagement and advocacy on regulatory and compliance matters that impact CF back book
- Tracking and managing all squad commitments across Credit Cards and Personal Loans ensuring quality and timely delivery of agreed outcomes
- Mentoring and leading a large team across several portfolios

**What do I need?**
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar role within banking, credit cards, telecommunication
- Marketing experience would be highly regarded
- Analytical / strategic thinking and problem solving
- Strong planning, collaboration skills
- Strong judgement and decision making skills
- Communication skills, particularly written (report writing) and verbal
- Performance focus (committed to achieving dates, outcomes and results)
- Leadership and people management experience
- Stakeholder management
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
