What's the role:

We're seeking a Service Owner to lead the Acquisition and Portfolio Management Team within the Consumer Finance and Digital Personal Loans division. This is a people leadership role, responsible for driving the end to end acquisition and retention strategy for Personal Loans. As Service Owner you will oversee performance across digital, paid, owned, and partner channels, with a focus on top of funnel growth and delivering key business outcomes such as balance sheet expansion and revenue targets.

What's the role:

We're seeking a Service Owner to lead the Acquisition and Portfolio Management Team within the Consumer Finance and Digital Personal Loans division. This is a people leadership role, responsible for driving the end to end acquisition and retention strategy for Personal Loans. As Service Owner you will oversee performance across digital, paid, owned, and partner channels, with a focus on top of funnel growth and delivering key business outcomes such as balance sheet expansion and revenue targets.

What do I need?

Strong understanding of consumer lending products, with a proven track record in acquisition, digital marketing, and growth roles within banking and financial services.
Expertise across digital channels, including website, SEO, SEM, paid media, social, affiliate, and partnerships.
End to end campaign leadership, from creative briefing through to deployment, optimisation, and performance analysis.
Commercially minded and data driven, with the ability to build business cases, interpret insights, and drive strategic decisions.
Inspiring people leader, confident in engaging senior stakeholders and leading high performing teams in fast paced, outcome focused environments.
