About the
**Pricing Analyst** role:
Due to continued growth and success, they are looking to make multiple Pricing Analyst hires which will sit within the Commercial Analytics team.

You will play an integral part of their overall business and customer retention strategy, working closely on pricing and commercial terms for tenders and new business opportunities as well as managing customer profitability and retention.

This role operates within a highly dynamic commercial team in which opportunities for long term career are plentiful.

Responsibilities for the
**Pricing Analyst **include:

- Provide pricing, commercial and margin/profitability to their commercial and sales team on a regular basis
- Analysis of Value and Price Impact differentials
- Report on product and customer profitability through Analytics tools

Essentials skills and characteristics of the
**Pricing Analyst**:

- Exposure in a Pricing or Data Analytics role
- Strong market understanding, ideally in FMCG and B2B knowledge
- Demonstrated experience with profit drivers and cost based analysis
- Experience with analysis of Value and Price Impact differentials
- Passion for problem solving, customer centricity and adaptability
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for number
- Curious and results orientated
- Focus on the big picture, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
