The Analyst, Pricing will work with the Specialist on the Motor portfolio to use technical model outputs, market insights, and portfolio inputs to recommend and implement top-tier pricing strategies. Key responsibilities include designing and building monitoring reports, performing data analyses for go-to-market strategies, engaging in risk management practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure all needs are balanced and aligned.

This permanent full-time opportunity can be based from either Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne) and offers a hybrid work environment.

About You

Skilled in using analytical software such as R, Python, SAS, or SQL, you'll possess strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proficient in R, Python, SAS, or SQL, with strong communication skills

• Actuarial Degree or Tertiary qualifications in an analytical field

• Strong technical/analytical skills and multi-dimensional problem-solving

• Excellent written communication and document development

• Experience in insurance data analysis and Microsoft Excel

• Blend of technical capability and learning agility

• Preferred experience with pricing techniques and models like GBMs and GAMs
