Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of elderly and disabled clients from various cultural backgrounds in Melbourne.

We are recruiting Serbian Speaking Home Care Workers to join our team to provide home care services in the Eastern and South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

**Role**:
You will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients in their own homes.

Duties may include:

- domestic support (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
- transport in your own car (to appointments, shopping, activity groups)
- personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
- in-home respite
- providing companionship

**_This is a part-time role for 20 hours per week (negotiable)._**

PPE provided & reimbursement for travel between clients.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to speak Serbian (or Bosnian, Croatian, Macedonian)
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support/Disability OR nursing student
- Previous experience as a personal care worker/aged care worker/ disability support worker
- Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
- CPR Certificate (within 1 year)
- 2 professional references

You must be able to provide original copies of the above documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, dedicated, reliable, honest, ethical, willing to learn, able to work autonomously
- Must be able to travel to various locations efficiently
