OPPORTUNITIES IN THE HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE INDUSTRY: Registered Nurses, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers required for many areas across Melbourne for casual Home and Community Care positions

We are looking for workers in the below areas (staff must be located local to these areas)
- Mornington Peninsula
- Inner City
- Inner South
- Eastern suburbs
- Bayside
- South Eastern suburbs
- Northern Suburbs

Below are the requirements for these positions:

- CW’s must have experience in Aged care or Disability care (community care experience will be highly regarded) RN’s and EEN’s must have community care experience
- CW’s must hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability Care, or Individual Support (must be Australian qualifications, Nursing students who have completed their Aged Care placements will be considered) RN’s and EEN’s must have appropriate AHPRA registration
- Current manual handling certificate (must be less than 2 years old)
- Current police check (must have been completed within the last 3 months)
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured, reliable vehicle (this is not negotiable)
- A current HLTAID003 First Aid certificate
- Current HLTAID001 CPR certificate
- Minimum of two professional references (preferred that both are from this industry, however if not possible at least 1 must be)
- For CW’s Assist clients with medication module will be highly regarded
- Dementia experience/training will be highly regarded for all positions

We have several clients from Culturally and Linguistically diverse backgrounds and therefore applicants with additional language skills will be highly regarded. We currently have a high need for staff who speak the following languages: Greek, Italian, Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Hungarian, German, Russian, Arabic, Maltese, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tamil, Sinhalese and Nepali.

**Salary**: From $32.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All care workers are required to wear a mask, collection is available, vaccination requirements.
