**GPC Asia Pacific** is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support our business transformation across our Industrial and Automotive divisions.

Reporting to the Change Lead, Industrial division, you will be part of a growing GPC change practice that partners with the business to deliver change on business priorities. Initially, the focus of the role is to successfully plan and integrate acquisitions, and to lead and manage business operating model change within the Industrial division. This includes identifying change impacts, designing and implementing change interventions and measuring impact.

You will utilise your strong commercial acumen and experience with large scale transformations and business integrations to positively engage and influence stakeholders in a complex business environment.

Ideally the position would be based in Sydney, however, we are open to Melbourne as an alternative base in either a fixed-term or permanent capacity.

**About the role**:

- Develop and manage the change plan across multiple projects within a strategic program of work, incorporating change, communication, engagement, readiness and capability interventions that contribute to project, engagement and business goals
- Provide expert coaching and advice to project teams and line managers as they help others through transitions
- Contribute to the growth of change management capability within the change practice, project teams and wider business

**About you**:
You will have proven experience working on complex business transformations and integrations

You may be an experienced Change Manager who’s excited by growth and wanting to add value and learn in a different industry

**Highly regarded skills and experience include**:

- Tertiary qualifications;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity with good commercial judgment and strong emotional intelligence;
- Demonstrated change management and capability development experience within a business transformation setting;
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills evidenced in the ability to manage projects, facilitate work groups and work in a multi-disciplinary team;
- Superior communication, consultation and influencing skills with the ability to effectively network and influence.
