**Your Day-to-Day**
- Provide **1:1 and group support** to help clients achieve their NDIS goals.
- Collaborate in developing **person-centered care plans** and adapting them to individual needs.
- Be a trusted ally, advocating for clients' choices, rights, and independence.
- Assist with **personal care** and medication administration to ensure client safety and wellbeing.

**What You Bring**
- **Certificate IV in Community Services (Disability)** or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities in diverse settings.
- Strong understanding of **NDIS guidelines**, and relevant disability legislation.
- A caring, client-first approach that fosters dignity, choice, and control.

**What You Need**
- Current **National Police Check**, **Working with Children Check**, and **NDIS Worker Screening**.
- A valid **Australian Driver’s Licence**.
- Proof of **COVID-19 vaccination**.
