Tilly’s Garden is looking for an experienced bar person to lead service and maintain our high standards.

Located in the CY O'Connor Precinct, Tilly’s Garden is a seasonal garden bar offering a wide array of classic and contemporary cocktails in lush green surroundings.

**Requirements & about you**:
Have a valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card, RSA and Food Handlers certificate

Bar management experience at a Duty Manager level

Charisma, humour, and an energetic attitude

Leads from the front

**Beneficial but not required**:
Creating & running cocktail/beverage programs

Extensive cocktail knowledge and menu creation experience

Experience training and developing staff
