Our team is the backbone of our success, and we are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic family.

The Role:
We are currently searching for an additional Bar Tender to join our Beverage Team lead by our Bar Manager, Dia.

As one of our Bartenders, you will have a lot of autonomy over the bar and be responsible for maintaining a high sense of efficiency in our fast paced environment. This role demands a balance of speed and precision, an eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Craft a wide range of cocktails with expertise and efficiency (Cocktail recipes and guides available to help train you on our current menu).

Display some level of coffee-making skills to support our other Barista’s during service.

Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glass polishing and restocking.

Manage a full bar pack-down at the close of each day.

Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency in every task.

Work collaboratively with the team, contributing to our family-like atmosphere and shared goals.

Exercise full autonomy over the bar operations, making informed decisions and improvements.

Operating Hours:
Modo Mio is open for lunch 7-days per week from 11am-3pm, and dinner on Thursday-Saturday from 5pm-8pm.

The availability we’re looking for:
Wednesday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Thursday, Friday, & Saturday: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM (including a break between lunch and dinner service)

Qualifications:
Proven experience in bartending, with knowledge in cocktail preparation.

Competency in coffee preparation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to impeccable service.
