**About the Role**:
As a Technical Delivery Manager, you'll be an integral part of our IT team, providing leadership to a group of Functional Business Analysts and Product Owners. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our team's capabilities, influencing stakeholders, and fostering innovation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring they meet objectives, are delivered on time and within budget, and meet quality standards expected by stakeholders.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Strategizing, identifying, overseeing, and auditing data movements and their interconnections across different business systems.
- Developing comprehensive plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, and overseeing the execution of IT initiatives.
- Acting as a trusted advisor with relation to functional changes and how they are implemented and executed.
- Managing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, and facilitating communication between different stakeholders.
- Leading and managing cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Identifying potential risks to project success and implementing strategies for risk mitigation.
- Implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure that solutions meet specified standards.
- Bringing best practices into Grill'd and proactively contributing to our IT strategy.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, convey technical information, and manage expectations.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of IT initiatives.
- Broad business acumen, particularly within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR & Finance.
- 8-10+ years of proven experience in service management and technical delivery roles.
- Experience working in a software development environment across the full SDLC from scoping, requirement gathering, build, test, and implementation.
- Experience in ERP solution delivery and change management.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
