WMP provides one door for our sellers to both sell and manage products across our marketplaces. We continue to grow, and operate primarily across three hub locations: Melbourne, Sydney & Manila.

**What you'll do**
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Analyse user behaviour data to identify areas for improvement and drive conversion rate optimisation through A/B and multivariate testing.
- User-Centric Design: Conduct user research, including interviews and surveys, to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, Product, Delivery, and Marketing, to design and implement solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilise digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Contentsquare), experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Hotjar), and design software (e.g., Figma).Experimentation & Iteration: Plan, execute, and analyse experiments to continuously improve the user experience and achieve business goals.

**What you'll bring**
- CRO Expertise: Proven experience utilising CRO tools like Optimizely and Hotjar, with the ability to implement experiments using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Data Analysis Skills: Strong understanding of website performance metrics and analytics, with the ability to extract insights from data using tools like Google Analytics and Contentsquare.
- Technical Design Skills: Proficiency in designing for web and native iOS and Android apps, with experience using design tools like Figma and Storybook.
