**The role**

We are looking for an individual who can perform day to day support to the Sales & Development Executive. We are a small team needing someone to communicate with the Sales Team and aid in the quoting, tendering, presenting of sales information. Along with this we need business development which includes research, communication and opportunity building with our incoming leads and new business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Following up our incoming leads
- Building Sales presentations
- Researching leads and new business
- Communicating with leads and new business channels
- Aiding in development of our e-Commerce channels
- Helping generating Quotations to go out for sales.
- Helping in working with suppliers on product supply and deliveries
- Handle Incoming and outgoing parcel deliveries.
- Helping generating Proposal/Tender documents to go out for sales.
- Communicating with potential customers to help support the sales process.
- Aid in the running of the online store we have built - uploading product and prices & specials.
- Help manage our online Sales funnel processes.
- Aid in the Project management of new customer with our Customer Success Manager
- Help answer company Sales phone line.

**Software Knowledge**
- Overall use of online SaaS products
- Understanding of Technology software - POS/ERP/SaaS Solutions/ Computer Hardware
- Online awareness of LinkedIn and Social media channels

**Other**
- Knowledge of Australian Business & Retailers Online/Instore
- Training and team support will be offered initial and ongoing.
- You will also be punctual and reliable and possess good time management skills.
- You will have a 'helpful' nature and be happy to assist your colleagues as needed.
- You will be reporting to a team leader and the CEO but working as a team together.
- You will show initiative to carry out assigned tasks and be able to multi-task your work due to your organised nature.
- You will be keen to learn and grow within your role to add value to the administration department and become an integral part of the team.

Pay: $55,023.00 - $87,250.00 per year
