Dairy Production Workers

The successful applicants must possess the desire to learn and follow specific production processes, abide by quality policies and be willing to work a range of job roles across different departments. We are seeking applicants that are available to on rotating day, arvo, night shifts and weekend shifts and can be flexible with shift patterns & short notice requirements. Previous manufacturing experience will be desired.
**Applicants must have the following skills and abilities.**
- Be able to learn and follow site specific manufacturing production processes.
- Have a strong appreciation of stringent quality assurance policies and practices.
- Possess the understanding and willingness of be flexible with shift patterns & short notice requirements.
- Ability to work as part of a team diverse teams and interact well with others.
- Strong understanding and ability to follow stringent Health and Safety principles.
- Previously demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
- Previously demonstrated history of a strong work ethic and commitment to high standards of work output.
- Have a good level of health and fitness and ability to pass both pre-employment fitness assessments and Drug and Alcohol tests.
Applicants will be required to undertake a selection process which may include interview, aptitude testing, fitness assessments and complete initial and random drug and alcohol testing.
