**About this Opportunity**
You will be joining the production team in Bendigo, operating and cleaning machinery, performing a range of quality checks and completing documentation. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be required to work a variety of rotating shifts include day, afternoon and night.
You must have a strong focus on safety and accuracy. You will need a proactive and positive attitude; be physically fit and a good team player. You will be committed to delivering high quality work at all times.
**Ideally you will have**:
- a Certificate III in Food Processing (advantageous)
- previous experience in machine or process operation, preferably in a food / dairy manufacturing environment
- a high level of attention to detail
- good fault finding and trouble shooting skills
- a strong focus on quality and hygiene
- good communication and interpersonal skills
