Our client, a Telecommunications provider, is currently expanding the Town Planning division and is looking for confident, knowledgeable Town Planner to join a solid team.

The role:
- Work closely with Project Manager, SAED Managers and Regional leaders.
- Contribute to the development and implementations of stakeholder consultation.
- Complete regular reports and notes on each site to ensure records and stakeholders are kept up to date and aware of changes.
- Conduct planning reviews to determine planning and or community issues that may impact on the site.
- Manage the planning process in accordance with the Deployment Code for Low Impact installations.
- Prepare, lodge, and manage Development Application and Deployment Code activities.
- Support and mentor junior members of the Town Planning team from time to time.
What we are looking for:
- Preferable 3 years’ experience as a Town Planner is required, Telecommunications experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Sound knowledge of Australian Planning Legislation and related systems to make decisions and carry out the role confidently.
- Ability to liaise confidently with a variety of stakeholders both verbally and in a written capacity.
- Efficient with time management and multitasking skills.
- Full Australian driving license.
- Full working rights in Australia
