Based in
**Brisbane**, the
**Pricing Analys**t will be responsible for managing the flow of customer pricing requests across all Shell Energy Retail target markets, including Commercial & Industrial Electricity, Gas and Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) Electricity. This is an entry level role suited to a recent graduate with an interest in the financial markets.

With honesty, integrity and respect, you will:

- Develop and maintenance of pricing and related models;
- Prepare and verify of pricing using in house tools and models;
- Maintain records relating to pending, live and expired customer quotes;
- Regularly review the competitiveness of offerings and amend as required;
- Vet price requests to ensure potential customers will provide economic benefit to the company and rejecting poor fits as appropriate;
- Liaise with the trading team to ensure that pricing remains profitable in the event of substantial market movements;
- Produce develop and analyse as required, which may involve liaison with multiple areas of the business;
- Lead the product and pricing quoting and billing establishment for customers; and
- Manage the product setup, construct and price modelling for new tariffs as required.

**What you’ll bring**

Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

- An analytical ability to assess and quantify risks;
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver commercially sound outcomes;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Excellent organisational skills and time management with good attention to detail;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Visual Basic Application;
- (VBA) /SQL would be highly regarded;
- Knowledge or experience with the National Electricity Market (NEM) is desirable but not essential; and
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
