About Us

Seven Angels Care and Support Services is a registered NDIS service provider, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live independent, fulfilling lives. We offer a supportive and inclusive environment, working closely with our participants to help them achieve their personal goals. We are now expanding and looking for a compassionate and experienced Support Coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview

As an Support Coordinator, you will work closely with NDIS participants to coordinate and implement the supports they need to achieve their goals. This role involves empowering participants to build their capacity, navigate the NDIS system, and ensure they receive the appropriate services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist participants in understanding their NDIS plans and coordinating supports.

Liaise with service providers to arrange suitable services for participants.

Monitor participant progress and review support plans regularly.

Build participants’ capacity to independently manage their supports.

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with NDIS requirements.

Advocate for participants’ needs to ensure they receive the best possible support.

Qualifications and Skills

Relevant qualifications in social work, disability services, or a related field.

Experience in a similar role, ideally working within the NDIS framework.

Strong understanding of the NDIS, including its processes and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.

A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with disabilities.
