General Services Manager

Salary 76- 80K per year

We are seeking a Hospitality professional to manage all aspects of Front of House and Back of House operations. L'espresso is a high volume dine-in restaurant, take away cafe and specialist record store located in Ballarat, open 7 days, 6.30am-3 pm for Breakfast and Lunch.

Applicants must have
- Excellent presentation, strong customer service and administration skills

Proven experience in a fast paced hospitality venue

Ability to work Full time on a rotating roster. Weekends are essential

Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management or higher, RSA, Food Safety Certificates

Extensive operational knowledge and maintenance of a commercial coffee machine

Knowledge of retail record store operations and a passion for all styles of alternative music

Responsible for
- Hands on management of superior customer service
- Management of staff recruitment, induction, training and rostering
- Control of financial performance according to set budgets
- Manage growth of revenue exclusive of price increases
- Installation and maintenance of POS system, maintain basic computer systems
- Maintain compliance for RSA and HACCP regulations
- Stock control, ordering and sales for the Cafe and Music business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $76,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
