**About the Role**:
Join a team of Product Designers who are working in an emerging space to solve complex user problems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsive design and creation of design experiences and assets that knock competitors out of the park.
- Prototyping lo and hi-fi designs that get both stakeholders and users excited.
- Conduct moderated and unmoderated user interviews.
- Collaborate with your team to solve problems, facilitate workshops to dive deep into the problem space and demonstrate how design will make all the difference.
- Set up A/B and multivariate testing to test your designs in a live setting.
- Work alongside the Development and Growth teams to implement your designs to the highest standard.
- Work to browser standards and limitations and a mobile-centricity that creates seamless experiences for users.
- Work with some great tools including Figma, Adobe CS and Sketch and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.

**About You**:
You're an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve complex problems, with a true passion to deliver seamless customer experiences across every project that you touch.
- You have at least 3+ years of Design experience, ideally in customer-facing apps, websites, and digital products.
- You have a brilliant portfolio that is well thought out and visually pleasing.
- You can create lo-hi and hi-fi mockups, one of your talents is bringing concepts to life in a collaborative setting.
- You are passionate about digital and online experiences, creating innovative products that are elegant and friction-less for the user.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and the "why's" behind design.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working independently through the entire UX process, including developing lo fi and hi fi prototypes, running testing sessions, and monitoring success post release.
