**Duties**
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Inbound and outbound calling
- General administration
- Creation and maintenance of customer accounts
- Processing daily and monthly account statements
- Conducting financial reports
- Ongoing collection of monthly payments and follow up of overdue accounts.
- Managing payment reminder process with other supporting team members

**Skills and experience required**
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good Administration skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, efficient, and self-motivated
- Ability to demonstrate consistent best practice towards accounts receivable and credit control.
- Strong planning, control, and management skills, with forward thinking ability.
