**Job Title: Cafe Manager**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead and develop a team of baristas, servers, and kitchen staff
- Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members
- Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing
- Monitor and control labor costs and inventory
- Maintain a clean and welcoming cafe environment
- Implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the ownership team on menu development and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience as a cafe manager or assistant manager
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and cafe operations
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Food safety certification a plus
