**Your Role**:
The **Store Manager role at Vinnies store in Caringbah is full-time** and will be responsible for building a strong retail team and competitive sales performance. For you to succeed in,this role, you will have proven retail operations management skills, excellent people leadership skills and passion for providing exceptional customer service.

**Your Responsibility**:

- Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
- Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
- Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
- Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
- Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
- Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
- Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.

**You Will Need**:

- Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail **OR**:

- Strong leadership potentials; with good fashion sense
- Strong focus on customer experience
- Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
- Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets.
