Melbourne, Australia Prosthodontic Associates Full time

Prosthodontic Associates is a busy specialist dental practice in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. We require a highly competent dental receptionist with the opportunity to transition into a leadership role in the future. **Dental experience essential.**

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Appointment scheduling and coordination
- Process payments via Eftpos & Hicaps
- Liaising with clinicians, dental nurses and office staff to ensure smooth running of the clinic
- General administration duties

Key Skills and profile:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised with the ability to multitask
- Proactive personality with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient in MS word and Excel
- Be reliable, punctual and well presented
- Strong work ethic, professional, great attitude and outlook with the ability to work as a team

Experience with EXACT software is preferred but not essential.

On offer you will work 4 days per week Tuesday - Friday with every Monday off. No late nights or weekend work is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 36-38 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- No weekends

- MELBOURNE, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
