**About the position**:
QV Dental located in the heart of Melbourne CBD is currently looking for an experience Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join the team on a Full Time basis 5 days per week including Saturdays. Come and join our supportive and dynamic team in our modern 4 chair general Dentistry practice. Our Dentists and team are patient focused to ensure the highest quality treatments and patient centered care are provided every time.

**At its core, this role is about**:

- Delivering exceptional care - patients always come first, especially when we are working with children
- Proactively helping keep us running - working closely with practitioners and the wider practice team to make sure things are running smoothly
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilisation;
- Patient management; answering phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments and taking payments

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Experience as a DA - you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn

- A team player. You will help us deliver the best patient care whilst working with our talented dentists delivering quality dental solutions and fantastic value
- Experience with Oasis is desirable but not required
