All Aged Care is a quality provider of in-home care services. A not-for-profit organisation, with a multi-cultural focus, we pride ourselves on delivering services which exceed client's expectations, to enable clients to remain living in their own homes**.**

We are seeking a self-motived and dynamic Accounts Officer to:
*Provide professional financial accounts, administration and data entry services which support the organisation with the provision of care and lifestyle services to our clients and through this enables client outcomes to be achieved to a high standard.

*Provide customer service to clients of All Aged Care in regards to accounts receivables and client statements.

*Ensure high quality accounts receivables, payroll and data entry services are provided in a professional and timely way, with a high degree of accuracy.

*Provide support to CFO and other members of the finance team.

SELECTION CRITERIA

**Essential**
- Accounts processing experience including payroll and bank account reconciliations (MYOB or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Current Federal Police check (or willing to obtain asap)

**Desirable**
- Diploma of Business or Accounting (or similar)
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to input data accurately (98% accuracy)
- High level communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills demonstrating ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Aptitude for financial analysis, budgeting etc.
- Ability to set priorities, plan and organize own work load with mínimal supervision.
- High level MS Office and internet skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet organisational requirements.
- Ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures
- To be able to work well both within a team and also independently
- Commitment to ensuring Client outcomes are achieved to the highest standard
- Be willing to undertake further education
- Willingness to work within the philosophies, policies and procedures of All Aged Care
