**The Situation**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our friendly Accounting team in our head office. This is a 6 month contract position working Monday to Friday. ASAP start

**Duties**:

- Be responsible for the Australian based billing process
- Review of debtor ledgers and allocation of receipts.
- Debtor management of overdue accounts within the normal timeframes
- Review and allocate payments within the AP module.
- Assist with the weekly expense management.
- Be responsible for developing expense management reports for review by Senior and Executive Management. SAP Concur reporting experience desired but not essential

**About You**:

- Previous experience working in a similar Accounts Officer position
- Highly organised and committed to meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail with demonstrated reconciliation skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
- Experience using SAP Concur beneficial
