Kip is Australia’s leading provider of doggy daycare and pet resorts with 22 sites nationally. Starting with just one location in 2018, the business has grown rapidly and continues to do so on its mission to provide high quality boarding and daycare to as many Aussie pets as possible. We are an energetic, efficient, and inclusive team and we want to work with similarly minded people.

The position is casual, working up to 30 hours. Flexible working arrangement, including working remotely.

**As an Accounts Officer you will**:

- Coordinate banking facility requirements
- Establish and maintain vendors
- Complete accounts receivable tasks
- Assist fortnightly payroll processing
- Assist month end processing
- Communicate with external agencies
- Communicate with all team members of the business
- Perform general administrative tasks

**You will have the following**:

- Familiarity with accounting systems, NetSuite would be advantageous
- Competence in excel
