This is a newly established office, so we require a person who whilst primarily is Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant, however, the role also involves some admin work, reception.

We are searching for a superstar bookkeeper who is looking for a long-term future with a progressive and extremely successful firm that embraces its team as a family.

You will be working within an accounting firm, providing bookkeeping services to a variety of small businesses.
- Key responsibilities_
- Your major role will be to support the Senior Bookkeeper in getting the work completed.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Processing Payroll
- Processing Quarterly Superannuation
- Review of Bookkeeping Work
- Preparation and Review of IAS and BAS
- Software Training
- Meeting with clients and maintaining quality client relationships
- Skills and experience_
- Experience utilising Xero and Quickbooks Online is a must
- Experience with E-commerce bookkeeping is favourable
