**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic team as a Returnable Packaging Support Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of pallet and cage data within our 2IC system.

This position is essential for maintaining compliance with our Returnable Packaging Process and supporting the Manager Returnable Packaging Support in various tasks to uphold the integrity of our processes. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is perfect for you

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with Returnable Packaging Process by verifying and reporting anomalies in pallet information entered into 2IC.
- Review and report on equipment hire and movements in monthly pallet reconciliation.
- Communicate with customers regarding aged Transfers & Exchange balances.
- Influence operations through effective communication and collaboration with various departments.
- Audit pallet counting and recording processes to maintain accuracy and integrity.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in 2IC system preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with pallet procedures and industry knowledge is advantageous.
- Literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
- Ability to comprehend and follow work processes and instructions accurately.
- Capacity to work systematically to meet reporting deadlines consistently.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments.
- Commitment to maintaining standards and disciplines within the organization.
