**Title**: Project Coordinator

**Contract**: 5 months (with possibilities of extension)

**Location**: Sydney CBD

**Rate**: $880 INC Super
This role seeks to provide analytical and administrative support to facilitate the planning, control, monitoring and delivery of Agency projects.

**The Role + Criteria**:
Preferably 3-5 years experience as a project co-ordinator
Ability to run and facilitate meetings is crucial
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to follow up on tasks alongside good stakeholder management experience
You will be required to action next steps after each meeting and follow up on these actions before meetings
You will work between the business forum and IT forum
You will be dealing with Optus deliveries, hp installations, lots of data sources and electricians.
Follow up with minimum 3 NBN network meetings each day
Sharepoint and MS teams usage
Work closely with executives and management to provide consistent co-ordination and follow ups
Maximum of 2 weeks Notice as Hiring manager is looking to move urgently with this role
