**About the Role**

We are looking for multiple Credit Lending Analysts with exceptional people skills for a Full time, Permanent contract. Our Lending department is based in our modern campus style Operations Centre in Caribbean Park, Scoresby which is open 7 days a week from 6am to 11pm. Here you’ll enjoy a campus-style hybrid/agile working environment surrounded by natural green spaces with a gym, café, and plenty of free parking on campus. We offer a hybrid way of working where we enjoy 2 days per week in the office to catch up with our team and also for other reasons where it makes sense to be face-to-face such as for training and other special occasions.**Your usual day will include**:
- Exercise a Delegated Lending Authority to maximise lending outcomes in line with regulatory guidelines & TFA risk appetite.
- To build, manage and strengthen relationships with our dealer network.
- To understand and adhere to TFA zero tolerance approach to fraud risk and compliance risk - limit fraud, credit and operational losses
- Making outbound phone calls to verify employment details and conduct credit reference checks
**To be successful in the role you will have**:
- Sound credit lending knowledge and experience (essential)
- Proven experience in credit risk assessment (holding a lending authority is preferred but not essential)
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise completing deadlines in a fast-paced environment (essential)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate in a clear and unambiguous manner (essential)
- Outcome orientated with a customer centric mindset (essential)
- Understanding of RG209 and the importance of responsible lending obligations desired
- Understanding and interpretation of financial statements (essential)
- Knowledge of both consumer and commercial credit fundamentals (essential)
- Must be able to work flexible shifts rostered across weekdays, weekends and non-national public holidays (essential)
**Training and Rosters**:
- **Training and induction will be delivered for several weeks (Monday to Friday business hours) after which you will go into a “nesting” period. Full attendance is required.**:
- **You must have the ability to work flexibly, we will work with you to find an appropriate roster that suits you and the business. Your full-time hours can be scheduled between**:
- **7.30am - 9pm Monday - Friday, & 7am - 6pm Saturday**
