**About the Role**:
**The Role and Responsibilities**:

- Handling retail and internal sales enquires
- Following up new vehicle sales customers, quoting 4WD custom builds
- Liaising with the workshop team and customers on completion dates and timing.
- Quality control and vehicle inspections ensuring customers’ requirements are met
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current products understanding features and benefits
- Maintain a team culture of trust, motivation and accountability, to maximise performance
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding of our customer needs

**The Successful applicant must have the following**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Automotive mechanical knowledge and 4wd experience
- Computer literacy with excel, word, outlook and b2b web-portals
- Self-motivated and able to work un supervised
- Ability to set personal goals and targets
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
- A passion for good customer service
- Be willing to work hard and have fun
- Outstanding negotiation skills
