Join this well known and fast growing government agency as a recruitment advisor in a team whom is responsible for leading, executing and managing the attraction, sourcing, and assessment strategies for the Department. In this team you can play a key role in supporting the department in delivering on the strategic objectives. You will be closely engaged on the design and delivery of recruitment initiatives across a range of business areas.

These roles call for individuals that are highly organised, personable, flexible, and agile. You will understand customer centricity and be comfortable with conversing and interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You possess a proven ability to think on your feet and proactively find solutions to issues as and when they arise.

You will need to have an appreciation, awareness and understanding of issues relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities and be committed to strengthening your ongoing cultural competency.

**Key duties include**:

- Contribute to the implementation and ongoing improvement of recruitment policies, systems and processes to enhance service delivery
- Establish and maintain relationships across the department
- Provide mentorship to lower classification team members
- Work across the broader team to inform policies and procedures, including onboarding and system improvements
