**About the position**:
Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, this role will be based out of our QLD Murarrie office and work alongside our HR team partnering with and supporting our NSW state business on all HR/ER matters and the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with the support of experienced recruitment coordinators, in-line with the strategic direction and goals of the Company. Some travel to NSW will be required.

With a strong focus in managing employee relations and talent acquisition, this role will play an integral role in supporting the business in all things people management, and to champion HR/ER strategies, projects, initiatives, and recruitment activities. You will also provide leadership in fostering an open, positive working culture, whilst ensuring that all employment practices are compliant and conducted in line with Company policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in driving continuance improvement, enhancements, and engagement with company processes, policies and our exciting new talent management system.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Demonstrated experience in a HR Generalist position
- Previous end to end recruitment in a fast paced environment
- Experience in ER and disciplinary processes (preferably high level ER )
- Experience/exposure in FWC conciliation and claims management (preferred)
- Strong initiative, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated proactive approach and attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and exposure in interpreting employment legislation and industrial instruments
- Exposure in working with and championing Talent Management / HRIS systems and projects
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources preferred
