**Job Description - Business Development Executive**
This is a junior role perfect for a recent graduate who is driven and looking to make their first step into the tech space. Gain great exposure to the inner workings of a global tech team and support highly driven sales professionals. As a Business Development Representative, you will build, lead the new sales pipeline through proactive outreach to prospective clients, inbound leads, and active prospecting to identify leads.

**Key responsibilities - Business Development Executive**
- Set up introductory meetings via telephone; coordinate calendars with different time zones, and send out calendar invites
- Accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established criteria
- Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities & use these to identify opportunities in the market
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve overall sales targets

**Job requirements - Business Development Executive**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Energetic and positive ‘can do' attitude
- The ability to build rapport with ease
- Amazing communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong work ethic, keen to meet & exceed targets
- Self-motivated and an ability to work autonomously.
- Experience with SalesForce is a plus
