Dental Health Services Victoria is the leading public oral health agency in Victoria. Our aim is to improve the oral health of all Victorians, particularly vulnerable groups and those most in need. We provide Victorians with quality oral health care through the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne and work collaboratively with other sectors to deliver oral health promotion programs to benefit all Victorians.

**About the role**:
We have an exciting vacancy for an ICT Services Officer to join our team at DHSV.

This role reports to the Director, of ICT Services, and you will be responsible for providing level 1 and 2 services support and advice to users, in addition to system administration duties across The Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne (RDHM), DHSV, and Community Agencies.

You will be working in our motivated and experienced ICT team who is passionate about optimizing our patients’ experiences by continually providing high-quality level support services and providing guidance to our stakeholders. You will be supported by the ICT team who are focused on truly transforming the ICT technologies and innovation at DHSV.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in an ICT Service Desk or Support role.
- Experience using Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Office suite.
- Ability to prioritize and plan workload to ensure compliance with SLAs, deadlines, and timeframes.
- Providing high-quality level support services to customers of DHSV, which includes the Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne and Community Agencies.
- Creating and maintaining documentation of end user procedures and processes instructions, technical documentation, knowledge base articles, testing, and system configurations, as required.
- An excellent communicator, highly organized and thorough with a high attention to detail.
