**Position Description**

Reporting through to the Accounts Payable Manager, your duties will include:

- Assist with the day to day management of the Accounts Payable function
- Assisting the Accounts Payable Manager, including the supervision and mentoring of a small team
- Completion of daily workflow tracker
- Identifying any gaps in workflows and monitoring required rectifications
- Other tasks as requested by the Accounts Payable Manager

You will have proven experience in a Senior Accounts Payable position along with the following attributes:

- Extensive Accounts Payable experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong problem analysis and solving capability
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate availability in the market
