Q Stay is currently seeking a Hotel Service Manager to join our team.

About us

We are a top-tier luxury accommodation company that aims to have a significant and positive impact on our clients and communities in which we work.

This position is a full-time, permanent role managing hospitality services teams across the Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Nerang sites.

About you: You will enjoy working as part of a professional and fun team, and will provide strong leadership and people management, effective operational oversight and commitment to maintaining a consistent exceptional standard of service to our clients.

About the role

As a Hotel Service Manager, your main tasks will include but not limited to

Day to day management of business operations and facilities
Communicating with staff and subcontractor about OHS standards and issues
Be responsible for team attendance and rosters
Certificate III or above in related field

**Salary**: $65,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:
