**About the Role**

Due to our rapid growth, we have MULTIPLE POSITIONS available with varying experience levels in our Toowoomba Branch. You will be given on hand and onsite training to for your role. We are looking for, fitters, hydraulic fitter, component and parts assembly/disassembly technicians, trades assistant. No experience required however an understanding or willing to obtain understanding of Hydraulics is desired.

You will be exposed to;
- Lineal and rotary actuators.
- Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical Valving.
- Accumulators;
- High force tooling.
- Completing grease and fuel system installations.
- Component overhaul
- Machining
- Workshop repairs
- Onsite field servicing

These are integral roles to the business. Day-to-day in the role, you will:

- Be working closely with and mentoring apprentices;
- Complete component assessment reports for jobs completed.
- Ensure that work is carried out to the highest quality level;
- Ensure that customer service levels are of the highest standard; and
- Partake in continuous improvement to service levels and look for better ways to do things.

**About you**

To succeed in these roles, you will have a disciplined and mature work ethic, as well as the ability to work unsupervised. In addition you will need to meet the following criteria:

- Drivers licence and own transport;
- Be able to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test;
- Willingness to learn.
- Attentive to complete tasks
- Ability to work autonomously.
