**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled individual to join our team as a **Technical Officer (TGO1)**. In this role, you will contribute to a range of technical activities, either independently or as part of a team, using your applied knowledge and hands-on experience. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support across various operational and project-based tasks, following standardised procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven capacity to manage variable workloads, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet deadlines with a high standard of accuracy.
- Experience in general laboratory settings and a sound understanding of basic scientific concepts, laboratory practices, and WHS requirements.
- Confident in using various computer programs, with excellent numerical, data entry, and problem-solving skills.
