**Marketing Specialist**

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join a well-recognised state government owned company based in Footscray, on a 6-month hybrid contract. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns and programs, supporting marketing and product growth, enhancing marketing channels, and reporting on performance.

- Responsible for driving marketing campaigns and programs, supporting marketing and product growth, enhancing marketing channels, and reporting on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Planning and Execution: conceive, write, and deliver targeted content, create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, execute marketing strategy online and offline, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and perform analysis.
- Support Marketing and Product Growth: monitor competitor marketing activities, build lead generation, collaborate with marketing and customer growth teams, produce sales and client collateral, support the design of digital marketing plan.
- Enhance Marketing Channels: maintain and enhance customer-facing digital channels, leverage digital marketing technology, and develop and deliver an always-on education and events program.
- Performance and Reporting: incorporate research findings, deliver thorough analysis and reporting for all marketing activity.

**Requirements**:
tertiary qualification or relevant professional experience, copywriting and editorial skills, ability to learn and utilize new systems and technology, proven experience in developing and project managing customer acquisition and retention programs and marketing campaigns, self-motivated and results-oriented, strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
