**About the role**:
In this position, you will be responsible for driving customer service outcomes and the fulfillment of customer requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass stakeholder engagement, project oversight, and the coordination of internal teams to achieve performance objectives and enhance processes.

Other responsibilities include:

- Building trust with our customers through pro-active outbound support, onboarding, ensuring our solutions are providing the best value for our clients.
- Assisting in the provisioning, delivery and management of CDC solutions, providing a seamless experience for our customers, internal staff and suppliers
- Removing roadblocks for our customers, making it easy to do business with CDC
- Perform workflow system and administrative updates
- Clearly and accurately capturing customer information and detailing various touch points in the customer journey

**About you**:

- Previous exposure to contract management, SLA reporting, problem-solving, and client relationship building.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project toolsets and/or CRM tools.

**Essential**:
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
