We are looking for an exceptional Cafe Manager to be part of this stunning venue.

The Café at the Art Gallery of NSW is a hub for the diverse community of AGNSW - a cafe for its visitors, members and the staff of the art gallery. It is a place to meet, eat, talk, plan, rest, and recharge, in an iconic Sydney venue. This would suit the art lovers of Sydney who are passionate and experienced in hospitality management.

- Annual Salary $80,000 to $90,000 plus super

**The Role**
- Manage and oversee a successful café
- Lead an exceptional front of house team, with the kitchen team indirectly reporting in
- Deliver exceptional customer service to regular patrons and guests
- Deliver exceptional outcomes to both the AGNSW and The Fresh Collective stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance positive relationships between back and front of house teams
- Achieve P&L budget

**About you**
- Prior experience managing a busy and successful venue
- A high achieving approach with the ability to guide, drive and mentor a team of staff
- Friendly personality, with a focus on providing top level customer service
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- NSW RSA
- Valid Australian Working Rights
