Two Penny Cafe is a sydney CBD based business with a number of espresso bars accross the CBD. We are looking for a cafe restuarant manager to organise daily operations and motivate our team to provide excellent customer service.

Our espresso bars are a short walk from Wynyard station focusing on 5 day work week.

To be successful in this role you should have work experience with various rols in cafes or restaurant with a minimum of 5 years experience as a manager with skills working as a head barista.

Job description:

- Maintain update records of revenue and cashflow
- Create and add new menu items based on seasonality
- staff rostering for multiple sites.
- train and upskill staff

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 yrs experience as a manager

previous work experience as a Head barista

excellent communication skills

**Salary**: $52,603.24 - $74,718.99 per year
