Marketing & Communications Advisor

Salary of $75 - $85K plus

Contribute to the writing and promotion of mental health services | Manage campaign development and strategic direction

This Not for Profit, based in the inner Northern suburbs are seeking an experienced Communications professional to support developing of communications campaigns and projects across specific departments.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Working with the local community and people who have a personal experience of mental health issues and recovery to build these services to be the best they can be
- Engaging internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver a Marketing and Communications strategy to promote Mental Health & Wellbeing
- Supervising and monitoring the roll out of campaigns
- Support and promote brand reputation and tone of voice to maintain and improve engagement across all areas of the business
- Producing new and engaging content for conventional and digital platforms
- Planning and coordinating media opportunities
- Manage marketing budget as allocated
- Degree in Marketing / Communications / Media or Journalism
- Prior experience working within the Mental Health sector or a disability/community/NFP organisation is desirable
- Must be able to work autonomously with a project manager mindset and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Is passionate about Mental Health and is an enthusiastic go-to person
- Experience in digital communications, CRM, photography and video production
- Creative mind with a focus on outcomes
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Microsoft office, CRM, Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor, Adobe Suite desirable
