Direct Lifts specialises in supply and install of modern, eye-catching lifts and elevators throughout the east coast of Australia. Working closely with architects, builders and property owners we collaborate and design lifts to suit our clients requirements and décor.
We are seeking a highly organised and energetic person, that has good attention to detail with great people skills to perform a variety of Administration duties whilst providing strong customer service to their clients.
This is a hands-on office role in an enthusiastic fast paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist/lead with the management of the day-to-day work schedules of field technicians.
- Assist with scheduling and overseeing the service and installations teams’ workflow.
- Assist with the management of stock levels and replacement parts by ordering of spare parts.
- Providing general and accounts administrative assistance.
- Answering inbound customer service calls and handling customer enquires.
- Liaising with existing customers to build after sales service base.
- Typing and distributing general correspondence and memorandums.
- Collating and communicating Company information.
- Document control and filing.
- Ensure compliance with employment policy & procedures.
**The successful applicant will be a person that possesses the following skills and attributes**:
- A pro active team player that takes initiative.
- A sound knowledge of Brisbane suburbs and major arterials
- A friendly telephone manner with excellent communication skills, able to screen and direct calls.
- Able to multi-task whilst maintaining a positive “can do” attitude.
- Effective organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Be confident with using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills to a intermediate level.
- Experience with MS Dynamics (Business Central), MS Teams and Field Services also an advantage.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented.
Previous experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
