**Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role where you can lead a great team, learn, and be part of a rapidly growing, purpose-driven organisation?**

We have a permanent, full-time opportunity for a team-focused Practice Manager to join our Oxley clinic. This is an excellent role for someone who possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills, is proactive and is highly organised.

You will be responsible for efficiently and effectively running a comprehensive multidisciplinary medical centre. We are looking for someone who can manage and lead a clinic team of Medical Receptionists, GPs, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals while ensuring staff have the necessary resources and support to be successful.

In turn, you will become an integral part of a multidisciplinary team that is supported and focused on patient, family, and community care.

**What we are looking for**

The successful applicant will possess:

- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of practice management experience
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Continue to empower staff through culture and education and support the group philosophies of teamwork, patient, family and community.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Best Practice software, Medicare, WorkCover, and DVA.
