**The work**
This role is focused on advisory. You will be operating as the trusted advisor to your clients and assisting in the strategy around their expansion plans. This will include growth consulting, tax advice, restructuring and cash-flow for a sizable portfolio.

**The clients**
Clients are SME’s and HNW family groups drawn from a variety of industries with turnovers up to $300M. You will take leadership of 2-3 junior accountants internally as well as responsibility for 4-5 Accountants within the outsourced compliance team.

The culture is team-oriented and open. There are regular team lunches, quarterly social events and bi-annual conferences with the other offices nationally. The Partnership aims to provide a holistic experience for staff. The aim is to help them achieve the goals they have for their progression and exposure. Flexibility includes a firmwide policy allowing 1 day work from home a week.

**Criteria**
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience within a Chartered environment
