Analyst - Asset Management Group

**About the Role**
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Analyst to join our team in the Asset Management Group (AMG). In this role you will provide assistance to the Managers of high risk business lending borrower groups. You will be tasked with assisting the Managers to develop, implement and manage workout strategies and action all Bank systems as required.

As an Analyst in AMG, you will get exposure to the various lending and transactional products across the BOQ Group whilst gaining valuable experience learning how to devise workout strategies for borrower groups with business lending and commercial real estate facilities.

Success in this role will be dependent on your strong stakeholder management skills as you will be liaising with internal departments and loan centres to restructure lending facilities, transactional services as well as external consultants (Accountants, Lawyers, Valuers, etc).

You will also be tasked with actioning and completing various returns, registers and internal reports.

**About you**
We’d love if you had prior banking or lending experience in Australia, it will certainly make this role a lot easier for you. We rely heavily on the Microsoft Office suite, so it would be ideal if you’ve already got a sound knowledge of this.

Being a key role in the team, we will be expecting you to have excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work autonomously to both established and forecast deadlines. Your willingness to learn and attention to detail will be called into action regularly, so this needs to be something that comes naturally to you. A university degree in a related field or experience in a similar role would be a great starting point.
